These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MicroPals Nexus, a decentralized application (“dApp”) developed and operated by MicroPets Corporation, including all related features, subscriptions, tokens, NFTs, Magic Chest Vaults, and partner integrations.

By accessing or using MicroPals Nexus, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About MicroPals Nexus

MicroPals Nexus is a utility and engagement platform built to unify Web2 and Web3 communities, enabling users and partner projects to access:

  • Token utility
  • Marketplace features
  • Magic Chest Vaults
  • Chainlink-verified reward distributions
  • Community engagement tools

MicroPals Nexus is a product developed by MicroPets Corporation.

2. Company Information

MicroPets Corporation

Florida-based company

Active since 2021

MicroPets Corporation is the creator of:

  • 🪙 $PETS Token (live since 2021)
  • 🎮 MicroPets Runner Game (available on Apple App Store & Google Play)
  • 🖼️ 2D & 3D MicroPets NFTs
  • 🌐 MicroPals Nexus dApp

The core team is fully doxxed and KYC-verified, and liquidity pools related to the ecosystem are locked on supported chains.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements
  • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

Access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.

4. Subscriptions & Access

Certain features of MicroPals Nexus require an active paid subscription.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Prices and tiers may change with prior notice
  • Access to Magic Chest Vaults is conditional upon subscription status and vault-specific requirements

Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in loss of access to certain features.

5. Tokens & Assets

$TROP Token

  • Governance and utility token of the MicroPals Nexus ecosystem
  • Used to interact with Magic Chests, marketplace features, and dApp utilities

$TREATS Token

  • Web2 utility token used for validation and internal platform mechanics
  • May be swapped to $TROP via the Nexus swap interface

$PETS Token

  • Core MicroPets ecosystem token
  • Required for access to certain Magic Chest Vaults

NFTs

  • Includes official MicroPets 2D and 3D NFTs
  • NFTs may act as access keys, tickets, or eligibility identifiers
  • Ownership is determined by on-chain wallet holding

6. Swap & Access Flow

Users may:

  1. Subscribe to MicroPals Nexus
  2. Access the internal swap
  3. Swap supported native tokens → $TREATS
  4. Swap $TREATS → $TROP
  5. Use $TROP within the ecosystem

MicroPals Nexus does not guarantee token prices or swap outcomes.

7. Magic Chest Vaults

Magic Chest Vaults are engagement-based reward systems, not gambling products.

General Rules

  • Access depends on subscription tier and vault requirements
  • Winners are selected using Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function)
  • All draws are live-streamed monthly
  • Rewards are distributed automatically to winning wallets
  • No manual intervention in winner selection

Vault Access

  • Holding specific amounts of $PETS
  • Holding official MicroPets 2D/3D NFTs
  • Holding Premium Pass NFTs

8. Premium Pass Vault

The Premium Pass Vault operates under a fixed NFT-based model.

Details

  • Price per NFT: 100 USDT
  • Total supply: 1,000 NFTs
  • Vault activates only once 1,000/1,000 NFTs are minted
  • NFTs act as digital tickets
  • NFTs are transferable; eligibility transfers with ownership
  • No $TROP contribution is required

Rewards

  • Total prize pool: $50,000
  • Distributed via 10 independent Chainlink draws
  • 168 winners in a single activation cycle
  • 3 Mega Prizes of $5,000
  • All rewards sent automatically on-chain

9. No Gambling or Investment Guarantee

MicroPals Nexus:

  • Is not a gambling platform
  • Does not guarantee rewards, profits, or returns
  • Does not provide investment advice

Participation is voluntary and based on engagement mechanics.

10. Partner Projects

Web2 and Web3 partners may apply to integrate with MicroPals Nexus.

Partners must:

  • Provide accurate legal and project information
  • Disclose token status and LP lock details (if applicable)
  • Comply with platform standards and applicable laws

MicroPets Corporation reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove partners at its sole discretion.

11. Risks & Disclaimers

You acknowledge and accept:

  • Blockchain technology involves risk
  • Smart contracts may be subject to unforeseen vulnerabilities
  • Token prices are volatile
  • Regulatory environments may change

You use MicroPals Nexus at your own risk.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform components are the property of MicroPets Corporation, except for third-party assets used under license. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroPets Corporation shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of funds
  • Missed rewards
  • Technical failures
  • Third-party actions
  • Network congestion or blockchain errors

14. Modifications

MicroPets Corporation reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
